If you are thinking of having a work do, stag do, corporate event or birthday party you have come to the right place. We can have up to 12 karts racing at once and have unique race format options and deals to suit. Whether there's 10 or 110 racers, we can accommodate you.

Group racing

Bring in 12 or more drivers and you'll get 10% off our standard rates. There's no maximum number of drivers for a group, we just split you into separate heats if you have more than 12 drivers. You can choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 x 15 minute heats, whatever your budget is, we have got you covered! Talk to us about our BBQ areas, (Standard BBQ Rental is $15), Corporate Room rental ($30 per room), extra activities and prize packs! Just give us a call or email us to make a booking, no deposit required, however there is a $20 per person penalty fee if you fail to bring in the amount of people you booked for. If you want something more structured then go for our Grand Prix Special or Exclusive Track Hire.

Take the whole track! Great for big groups with our exclusive track hire you can have as many racers fill up the sessions within your hire. You can have 10 people racing at once and to do 6 x 10 minute sessions. Each racer also gets a free pair of gloves and you get free use of the BBQ , BBQ Area and a private corporate room.

Grand prix special

The Grand Prix special is the best value for money and the perfect event for your group. You need a minimum of 10 people to qualify for the Grand Prix which gets you exclusive use of the track to determine who is the Drift King or Drift Queen in your group. You also get free race gloves, winner’s prize pack and use of our BBQ area and a private corporate room.

*Winner's prize pack is the standard bronze prize pack. Upgrades available

Conditions:

-Bookings essential.

-A $200 deposit is required to be paid 3 days after making the booking to secure it.

-Full payment required 7 days before booking.

-Numbers of participants changed up to 72 hours before the event.

-No further discounts apply. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

-Additional BBQ costs $15.00 (depending on availability), additional prize packs are available at an extra cost*. Penalty fees apply if fewer people than your booked numbers show up. 72 hour cancellation applies and must be emailed.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND ORGANISE MY OWN CATERING?

Of course! Groups often bring food or have food delivered. We have special areas for group bookings, just let us know when you book whether or not you require your own area.

What's in a prize pack?

1. Bronze: Blastacars keychain + Car Air Freshener + Bumper Sticker

2. Silver: 'Do you even drift, bro? tee + Blastacars keychain + Car Air Freshener

3. Gold: 'Do you even drift, bro?' tee + Car Air Freshener + USB

How much time do we need for my group?

Depending on how organised your group is, expect to be here for the following:

Group size             Total time spent

10 - 12                     60 minutes

13 - 24                     100 minutes

25 - 36                    125 minutes

37 - 48                    155 minutes

What happens if I show up with less people?

If you have booked for a certain number of people, you will be expected to pay the total stipulated on your invoice. For example, if you have booked for 10 people, your total will be $990. If you show up with 9 people for that booking then you will still be expected to pay the $990 total. This is to make up for the loss of income, as we would have lost the opportunity to take on other paying customers because you booked up the race. If you let us know 72 hours prior to your booking that you have fewer drivers, we can adjust your booking (minimum 10 drivers applies)

What happens if I cannot make it on the day?

If you do not give us at least 72 hours notice that you cannot make it to your booking we retain your full amount paid. This will go towards our loss of income as we would have to turn other bookings away for your booking.

How can I pay my deposit?

You can pay your deposit in person, bank transfer or credit card payment over the phone (Visa or MasterCard only)

I saw a discount online can i use this for the group booking?

Unfortunately our group discounts do not apply to our Grand Prix bookings or Exclusive hour , it cannot be used with any other offer unless the offer states that it is specifically for our Grand Prix  Special or Exclusive hour.

Why do I need to have at least 10 people?

The Grand Prix requires specially set up heats so other racers cannot join your group. Our normal rates for casual races are strictly 15 minute heats.
