If you are thinking of having a work do, stag do, corporate event or birthday party you have come to the right place. We can have up to 12 karts racing at once and have unique race formats to suit large groups as well as special deals. Our two story facilities can accommodate big numbers and are great for those wanting an exclusive booking, having a meeting and a meal after the race or enjoying a BBQ whilst watching the action.
Bring in 10 or more drivers and you'll get 10% off our standard rates. There's no maximum number of drivers for a group, we just split you into separate heats if you have more than 12 drivers. You can choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 x 15 minute heats, whatever your budget is, we have got you covered! Talk to us about our BBQ areas, extra activities and prize packs! Just give us a call or email us to make a booking, no deposit required, however there is a $10 per person penalty fee if you fail to bring in the amount of people you booked for. If you want something more structured then go for our Grand Prix Special.
Gloves must be worn on the track, bring them from home otherwise we have them starting from $1.00
Grand prix special
The Grand Prix special is the best value for money and the perfect event for your group. You need a minimum of 10 people to qualify for the Grand Prix which gets you exclusive use of the track to determine who is the Drift King in your group.

Bookings essential. A non-refundable deposit of at least 20% is required when making a booking that provides exclusive use of the track, Full Payment will be required at least 7 days prior to your booking. No further discounts apply. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Additional BBQ costs $10.00 (depending on availability), additional prize packs are available at an extra cost*.

Grand prix special FAQ
CAN I BRING FOOD AND ORGANISE MY OWN CATERING?
Of course! Groups often bring food or have food delivered. We have special areas for group bookings, just let us know when you book whether or not you require your own area.
HOW MUCH TIME DO WE NEED FOR MY GROUP?
Depending on how organised your group is, expect to be here for the following:
Group size Total time spent
10 - 12 1 hour
13 - 24 1.5 hours
24 - 36 1.75 hours
36 - 48 2 hours
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SHOW UP WITH LESS PEOPLE?
If you have booked for a certain number of people, you will be expected to pay the total stipulated on your invoice. This is to make up for the loss of income, as we would have lost the opportunity to take on other paying customers because you booked up the race.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT MAKE IT ON THE DAY?
If you do not give us at least 48 hours notice that you cannot make it to your booking we retain your $158.00 deposit. This will go towards our loss of income as we would have to turn other bookings away for your booking.
HOW CAN I PAY MY DEPOSIT?
You can pay your deposit in person, bank transfer or credit card payment over the phone (Visa or MasterCard only)
I SAW A DISCOUNT ONLINE CAN I USE THIS FOR THE GROUP BOOKING?
Unfortunately our group discounts do not apply to our Grand Prix bookings, it cannot be used with any other offer unless the offer states that it is specifically for our Grand Prix Special.
WHY DO I NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST 10 PEOPLE?
The Grand Prix requires specially set up heats so other racers cannot join your group. Our normal rates for casual races are strictly 15 minute heats.
